Hatha flow explores a more quiet pace of practice with an emphasis on mindful movement to ground and soothe, perfectly preparing you for the final part of the class – a guided 20 minute seated meditation practice. This mediation will help to quiet the mind, guiding you to a place of stillness and clarity.
A smooth and fluid practice to relax your body and soothe your nervous system. Through mindful movement we will prepare the body for deep healing and rejuvenation in a 20 minute yoga nidra practice. During yoga nidra you will lay on your mat comfortably supported by blankets and bolsters and be guided into deep rest both physically and mentally.
