Join Jen in this accessible 2-hour workshop designed to build up your strength and confidence to explore those moves we often don’t have time for in a flow class (spoiler alert: no levitation skills required!).
We’ll warm up with some strengthening exercises and a simple flow to get you in the mood, and will work through a few different arm balances after.
The main goal is to have fun and try something different; plenty of props, words of encouragement and hands-on assistance (if desired) will be available.
This class is aimed at anyone who has some basic yoga experience and is comfortable in one of our Flow classes – no prior arm balance experience is needed.
