- Daily email inspiration on Mindful Living
- 2 guided audio home practices – a dynamic flow practice and a restorative yin practice

- Access to our special Facebook group where we can all share inspiration about the journey
- Closing celebration on Thursday the 30th of August – 6.15pm Vinyasa class followed by exclusive meditation and celebration at 7.45pm
