Live Mindfully – 4 week Mindfulness + Meditation Course

Join us in this 4 week course where we will; 

      • Experience mindfulness practices and meditation techniques you can apply to your life.
      • Explore weekly guided meditations so you can start practicing at home.

Tara Buhagiar is from the United States and has been studying yoga around the globe since 2001. Through the 8 limbs of yoga she has discovered how asana, pranayama and meditation are a vehicle to attain healing and transformation.

As a teacher her purpose is to inspire her students to believe through yoga- everything is possible. Tara’s dynamic flow weaves yogic philosophy with the wisdom of teachers from the hatha, kundalini, vinyasa and yin traditions.

Tara loves yoga and believes, “Yoga has helped my body to become stronger, my mind to become limitless and my spirit to be fearless.” She is certified by the Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
