During this inspiring workshop Tamblyn will introduce the essentials basics of arm balances – preparation, stability & breath. You will learn how to apply these basics to a wide range of postures such as bakasana (crow), galavasana (flying pigeon) Astavakrasana ( 8 angled pose) and Koundinyasana ( I & II )
