Inspired by natural alternatives to cultivate optimum health and wellbeing, Jamie was drawn to Yoga and meditation for their ability to calm the mind whilst also build strength and stability physically. Jamie is a level 1 Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and a graduate of Yoga Flame’s Teacher Training. An avid learner and lifelong student, she is always studying to advance her practice and continuously build on what she can offer her students. She is a very passionate teacher that will deepen your practice with naturally progressive sequencing, bringing fluidity, creativity, and mental stimulation into your practice. You will always leave her class with a sense of steadiness and ease and new perspective of what your body and mind are capable of.
