Ayurveda is the Yogi’s Life Support System and offers a body of wisdom designed to help living beings stay vibrant and healthy while realizing their full human potential.

In this weekend intensive we will explore the foundations of Ayurvedic theory and practice and it’s brilliant relationship with Yoga. You will also learn to apply Ayurvedic principles to infuse your life and Yoga practice (or teaching) with skill and purpose.

About Brad Hay;

Brad Hay is world class Yoga and Meditation Teacher with a professional teaching career spanning over 19 years. He has mentored closely with his teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker since 2006 and is one of ParaYoga’s leading certified teachers. 
Brad has also studied Ayurveda for 16 years and is a Nationally Certified Practitioner of Ayurvedic Medicine. He is a professional member of NAMA, the National Ayurvedic Medical Association in the USA and completed his studies through the Californian College of Ayurveda and the Ayurvedic Institute Albuquerque. He has worked with hundreds of people from all walks of life and has personally used these healing modalities to completely transform his own life.
