Samantha discovered Yoga in 2014 while searching for ways to help her navigate the twists and turns of life as she entered adulthood. After being a student of the performing arts for over a decade, she knew that expressing through movement of the body was what made her feel most alive.
She’s an intuitive being that feels the intensity of emotion and, through the practice of Yoga, has learned to translate that energy in motion into conscious movement – using each posture as a vehicle to help her understand herself better, with the breath as her guidance system along the way.
Sam went on to complete her 200hr YTT with Yoga Flame in 2019 and aims to help her students find freedom within their bodies and feel connected to the essence of who they truly are. Her classes are creative, fluid and challenging and will leave you feeling in the flow with life.
