Kaisha has a deep love for movement and interest in understanding the way our bodies work; a passion that has been with her since taking a dance class at a very young age.
She discovered yoga whilst studying Music Theatre at VCA and working as a personal trainer. Initially yoga was a way to add to her physical training, however, it did not take long for her to discover that yoga had so much more to offer. Yoga has led Kaisha to a deep love and fascination in the mind-body connection, and all the wonders and benefits it offers to our health and wellbeing.
Kaisha completed her 200hr YTT with Yoga Flame in 2022. Her classes focus on exploring the mind-body connection through alignment, body awareness and connection to self. She will guide you through flows that get you out of the busy mind and in touch with the body to focus on breath, movement and energy.
