Jen has been practising yoga on and off for over a decade, originally mostly for its physical benefits. Over the past couple of years, she has discovered how much more there is to the practice and the amazing impact yoga can have on a person’s life. After completing the Yoga Flame 200hr Teacher Training in 2018, she is excited to have found her calling and be able to share her love for yoga with students. Coming from a dance background, Jen loves fluid, joyful and challenging flows, and aims to bring a smile to her students faces.
