Hannah discovered yoga in 2009 as she explored ways to compliment her fitness training. After her first class her intuition told her she had found the missing ingredient. “I fell in love with the holistic journey of yoga. It isn’t just a physical exercise, but also intellectual, emotional and spiritual training. Yoga is a game changer.” In 2015 Hannah immersed herself in yoga teacher training with her long term yoga mentors and influencers at Yoga Flame. Here she discovered that not only does she love yoga, she loves sharing yoga.
Hannahs passion for helping others has led her to complete her Masters in Clinical Psychology where her area of expertise is in Mindfulness and Meditation and how these practices can be used to treat mood disorders, chronic pain, complex trauma, personality disorders and addiction. She researches the relationship between brain function and mindfulness and how this impacts mental health. She is currently in her final year of her PhD in Neuroclinical Psychology. As one of the lead trainers in Yoga Flames Post Graduate YTT Teaching Meditation and Yoga Nidra she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this training, and also to her classes and workshops at Yoga Flame.
