Yoga Flame Bali Retreat - July 11 - 16, 2016

How would you like to escape the winter with a rejuvenating Balinese retreat? Join the Yoga Flame crew for six days/five nights of yoga, relaxation, fun and adventure at the luxurious Desa Seni resort. Each day begins with a sunrise meditation, followed by a dynamic and energising yoga practice in the open air yoga pavilion. After a delicious tropical breakfast there will be plenty of time to set your own pace – be it touring the local temples, strolling through the rice paddies, testing your mettle with a spot of surfing or shopping, or simply relaxing by the pool.

At dusk, we’ll unwind together with a gentle asana practice, surrounded by an orchestra of local wildlife. And what would a retreat be without a little pampering? Leave the stresses of everyday life behind with a complimentary massage, body scrub or Reflexology treatment. With an opening and closing ceremony to inspire and connect, come and deepen your practice supported by your like-minded yoga community and the beauty of Bali itself. Enjoy the lasting effects of an immersive retreat, and return home re-charged, focused and relaxed.

Emma and Gabor were so down to earth and in tune with our group. They knew exactly what we needed and planned the days and sessions according. It was an awesome retreat. The yoga was uplifting and transformative making me feel so open, flexible and new. It was a blissful and peaceful place particularly walking around the beautifully manicured gardens and having refreshing swims in the crystal clear pool. The people who worked there were very friendly, kind, eager to please and very accommodating to our needs. The food was so delicious that many of asked if the chef did cooking classes or had a cook book we could buy!!! Loved the company. We left as yoga acquaintances and have come back as family!!!
