Kids Yoga is a fun practice that creates health and well being by building awareness, strength and flexibility in both mind and body. Yoga postures, games, dance and relaxation are all part of a fun way for children to develop these important skills in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

Guided by our fully qualified Kids Yoga Teachers Tamblyn and Charlotte your kids will have a great time. Parent involvement is not required and we are happy for you to either drop off and pick up or wait in our reception area while the class is on.
